I use my expertise to support my clients in a variety of ways:

Expert opinion - free sale

Online platforms, retail or pharmaceutical wholesle increasingly ask for expert opinions about the marketability of foodstuffs. Also for customs these documents are important for the classification of produts to be imported from Third Countries like nowadays also from the UK.

These documents, often called "free sales certificates" are official documents. Depending on the Member State it is individually regulated who is allowed or appointed to issue these documents. In Austria the so-called  "LebensmittelgutachterInnen" (food experts) accord. to § 73 LMSVG and in Germany publicly certified and sworn experts for food chemistry as well as official experts for control tests in accord. to Article 43 LFGB are accepted. As needed I consult competent colleagues from my network.

Depending on your individual need we can clarify which type of information, documents, and - if necessary - test reports should be prepared.
